JOB DETAILS:
Education: Must be licensed by the State of Florida as an Audiologist Other Requirements: Prefer Master's Degree Responsibilities:- Gathers data related to the patient's communication disorder
- Selects appropriate evaluation tools for the purpose of assessment and administers diagnostic testing procedures to determine the extent of the patient's impairment and the prognosis for improvement
- Formulates individualized treatment modalities for patients diagnosed as needing aural rehabilitation
- Selects and fits suitable hearing aid(s) for the patient when indicated
- Communicates observations and prepares written documentation as required in the policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
Shift Hours: week days, somewhat flexible hours, Degree Required: State License, Years Experience: 2, Travel: No Travel
